Battery agreement
This is the legally binding agreement between El-Kretsen AB and affiliated suppliers regarding collection and recycling of battery waste.
Product agreement
This is the legally binding agreement between El-Kretsen AB and affiliated suppliers regarding collection and recycling of electric and electronic waste (WEEE).
Financial guarantee
According to Swedish law, ordinance (2005:209) on producer responsibility for electrical and electronic products future costs shall be guaranteed. All products defined as household products need to be covered by a financial guarantee.
