For producers who put electrical products and/or batteries on the market and want to affiliate to El-Kretsen.
Fill out this form to join El-Kretsen. After submitting the form you will be able to choose what agreement you’re interested in. We offer many different solutions to best fit your needs. El-Kretsen offers the service to act as Authorised Representative, and you may choose that in the form below. After you have submitted the form, you will receive two e-mails (one with the AR agreement and one with the Power of Attorney agreement) from our digital agreement provider Oneflow. If you want to view the AR and POA agreement in beforehand, click here. If you choose not to appoint El-Kretsen as your AR, we will not register your company with The Swedish EPA (Naturvårdsverket).

Once your application has been approved, and you have logged into the Declaration Portal and approved your agreements, you will get access to your certificates. You need these to be able to register with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. Click here to register with the Swedish EPA..
