My Pages

My Pages
We are welcoming the new year with a simpler and better portal for declaring: My Pages. Here we have gathered functions and information to give you a better overview, smoother handling and a more modern experience going forward.
The login to My Pages is different from the Declaration Portal. Your username is now your registered email address. You can easily request a new password via the Forgotten Password function.
If you manage declarations for multiple companies, you can use one and the same login and easily switch between companies with one click. Such a setting may require administration from us, please contact us if you need help with your user and connections to multiple companies.
Adjustment of declarations
With a new portal, we have been able to make some changes to the way you make your declarations, which we hope will make it easier for you:
- You can adjust for all periods during the year.
- An adjustment means a new version of the declaration, where the previous one is replaced by your new version.
- You can mark a declaration as ready in advance, which means that what you have filled in is approved and the declaration is submitted by the deadline for the period.
New battery codes
It is now possible to declare batteries within all five categories. This means that previous product codes for batteries are replaced by a new structure from your first declaration in 2026.
Battery codes therefore need to be added by everyone who declares batteries.
Previous product codes for electrical equipment are automatically transferred to My Pages.
We look forward to continuing the year together – now in My Pages.
