Affiliate to El-Kretsen
For producers who place electrical products and/or batteries on the Swedish market and want to join El-Kretsen as a PRO, as well as for producers who want to use El-Kretsen’s packaging reporting service.
Step by step: Here’s how the affiliation process works:
1. Fill out the form
You fill out the form on My Pages with your company name, address, etc. Keep in mind that the signatory must be a person with the right to sign contracts on behalf of the company.
If you let El-Kretsen handle the registration with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, it is important that you fill in all information correctly and completely, especially regarding the requirements in the regulation and product information such as category, brand and battery chemistry. Otherwise, the registration risks being incomplete.
When the form is completed and ready and you click Send, the form will be sent to us. When the application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you enter under “Email address for questions regarding affiliation to El-Kretsen”.
2. Credit check
Once we have received your application, we will conduct a credit check. Read more about credit checks here.
3. Sign the agreement
After approval by the company, the agreement can be signed. The person specified as the signatory will receive an email from Oneflow to sign the agreement. In the email, click the yellow “Go to document” button to access the agreement. The signatory checks that the company information is correct (and changes if necessary) and then clicks “Save” and “Sign”. Click “Sign” again in the message on the screen. Done!

4. Registration with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency
To fulfill producer responsibility, companies need to register with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. El-Kretsen offers the service of registering both new and existing producers on the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency’s website. If you have a battery agreement with us, El-Kretsen will automatically register you with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, and if you have an EE agreement with us, you choose whether you want us to register you with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. You make this choice in the affiliation form.
A registration should be completed by us within two weeks, and you will then receive a confirmation email.
For those who want to register with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency yourself: You will find your certificates on My Pages. You need to upload these to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency when you register with them.
