Easily Report in El-Kretsen’s Portals
All producers, collectors, suppliers, or deliverers of e-waste must report. To make this as smooth as possible for you as a customer, El-Kretsen offers a range of portals — all gathered in one place.
El-Kretsen has four different portals: the Declaration Portal, Hämtplatsportalen (“The Collection Point Portal”), Leverantörsportalen (“The Supplier Portal”), and ReDokS. On this page, you’ll find all four. It is not uncommon for a specific customer to be involved in several different steps of the recycling chain and therefore need to report in multiple portals.
Much of the reporting can also be done in one of El-Kretsen’s apps.
Deklarationsportalen
In El-Kretsen’s Declaration Portal, producers can declare how much electrical equipment and how many batteries their company has placed on the Swedish market.
Tip: Press Ctrl+F5 before logging in to ensure you open the portal in its latest version.
Hämtplatsportalen
In El-Kretsen’s Hämtplatsportalen (“Collection Point Portal”), collectors can report their stock levels and get an overview of their statistics. You can also do this in the “Insamlare” app.
Leverantörsportalen
In El-Kretsen’s Leverantörsportal (“Supplier Portal”), you as a supplier can plan and report all your assignments. You can also do this in the “Leverantör” app.
ReDokS
In El-Kretsen’s ReDokS portal, those delivering hazardous waste can access reports, statistics, and other documents. You have access to ReDokS if you use the “Verksamhetsavfall” app or if you have a Service Agreement (“Samla in och få hämtat”-avtal) with El-Kretsen.
