El-Kretsen AB (hereinafter El-Kretsen) processes personal data with the greatest care. By submitting information via our website, you agree that El-Kretsen processes personal information such as contact information and company details. This information is used to administer the business relationship as well as in sales and marketing.

Access

The personal data you provide to us may be shared with El-Kretsen external suppliers (such as IT suppliers) to the extent necessary to administer and implement the above-mentioned purposes. However, your personal data will not otherwise be forwarded, sold, exchanged or shared with other companies, organisations or private individuals without your consent.

Rights

El-Kretsen is the personal data controller for the processing of your personal data. This means that we are responsible for your personal data being processed correctly and in accordance with the applicable law.

You have the right to contact El-Kretsen find out what information is available about you. You have the right to receive the personal data in a machine-readable format and you have the right to transfer your personal data to another personal data controller.

You can request at any time that the processing of your personal data be restricted or that we delete your personal data. Note, however, that a restriction or deletion may mean that El-Kretsen is not able to send you information in accordance with your wishes. We are also obliged, at your request, to correct information about you that is incorrect, incomplete or misleading.
