Affiliate to El-Kretsen
For producers who put electrical products and/or batteries on the market and want to affiliate to El-Kretsen.
Step-by-step: The affiliation process
1. Fill out the form
You fill out the form with your company name, address, etc. Please note that the Authorised Signatory must be a person with the right to sign contracts on behalf of the company. When the form is all filled out and you click Submit, the form will be sent to us. You will see a confirmation message on the screen, and you will also receive a confirmation email to the email address you entered under “Email address for questions regarding the affiliation to El-Kretsen”. If you have selected “Same as Authorised Signatory”, the confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered under Authorised Signatory.
2. Credit check
When we have received the submitted form, we will forward it to our finance department, which will carry out a credit check. Read more about the credit check here.
3a. Sign the agreements: EE
If the credit check is OK, the company will be registered in our systems. The person specified as the Authorised Signatory will receive a confirmation email with login details for the Declaration Portal. When they log in there, a message will appear on the screen asking which agreements you want to sign with us. After you have clicked in which agreements you want to sign, you are an affiliated producer. Welcome!

3b. Sign the agreements: Batteries
If the credit check is OK, the company will be registered in our systems. We will then add your company as a counterpart in our digital agreement signing service Oneflow. After this, the Authorised Signatory will receive an e-mail from Oneflow regarding the Transition Agreement for Batteries. In the e-mail, the Authorised Signatory clicks on the yellow button that says, “Go to document”, which takes them to their Oneflow agreement website.
The Authorised Signatory fills out the company information, and then clicks on “Save” and “Sign”. Click on “Sign” again on the message on the screen. The Authorised Signatory then gets a message on the screen showing that they have signed the agreement. Welcome!

4a. If you have chosen to use El-Kretsen as your Authorised Representative
At this part in the process, we will add your company as a counterpart in our digital agreement signing service Oneflow. After this, the Authorised Signatory will receive two e-mails from Oneflow, regarding AR (Authorised Representative) and POA (Power of Attorney). In the e-mails the Authorised Signatory clicks on the yellow button that says, “Go to document”, which takes them to their Oneflow agreement website.
The AR Agreement: The Authorised Signatory double checks the pre-filled out company information, and changes if necessary (then clicks on “Save”) and “Sign”. Click on “Sign” again on the message on the screen. The Authorised Signatory then gets a message on the screen showing that they have signed the agreement and the next signing order.
The POA Agreement: The Authorised Signatory double checks the pre-filled out company information, and changes if necessary. Then they fill out the EPA categories; trademarks; and if the EEE is private or professional. When ready, click on “Save”, and then “Sign”. The Authorised Signatory then gets a message on the screen showing that they have signed the agreement and the next signing order. During this period, an invoice (reg. the AR-service) is sent to the company’s stated invoice email address. Once the invoice is paid and AR and POA agreement is signed by all parties, your company’s Authorised Signatory will receive a confirmation email where they can download the agreement, and El-Kretsen is officially your Authorised Representative.
We will then complete your registration as a producer of EE and/or batteries with The Swedish EPA.

4b. If you already have an Authorised Representative
If you want your AR to register with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, ask them to log in to the Declaration Portal and click on My account, followed by the Agreements and certificates tab. At the bottom of that page, they will find your certificates. The AR need to upload these to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency when they register you with them.
Register with the Swedish EPA (Naturvårdsverket)
To fulfill the producer responsibility, producers need to register with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. El-Kretsen offers the service of registering both new and existing producers with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. If you appoint El-Kretsen as your AR, the registration service is included.

Register with the EPA yourself?
Do you want to register with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency yourself? Once your application has been approved, and you have logged in to the Declaration Portal and approved your agreements, you will have access to your certificates. You will need these to be able to register with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. Click here to register with the Swedish EPA.
